PERSONAL CONSULTATIONS

I offer a limited number of personal consultations in the Lake District - or Skype consultations - preferably with a webcam
- for which you need a Skype
phone or headset, webcam and free Skype software. I also offer postal essence consultations -
see below.
I am a chartered clinical psychologist (BA, MPsychol, CPsychol, AFBPsS), also trained in metaphysics, shamanism, energy psychology, energy medicine and quantum-energetic healing. (See About Gill Edwards for further details.)
Please note that I usually have a waiting list of several weeks or even
months - and while working on books, or focussing on my own growth or training,
I sometimes take long breaks from personal consultations. I give priority
to people with serious physical disease.

My approach
I believe that we are all unique sparks of a loving, creative Source - and that when we are fully connected to Source energy, we are naturally happy, healthy, vital, spontaneous, loving and creative. Our natural state is of unconditional love, freedom and joy.
We can have, do or be anything that we want - but we tend to get in our own way. That is, our energy system gets short-circuited by fear, doubt, guilt, blame, shame, negative beliefs or approval-seeking. This is signalled by warning signs such as negative emotions, stuckness, physical
symptoms and disease, stressful events or difficulties in relationships.
A personal consultation is not like therapy (which tends to focus on problems). Instead the focus is more on
solutions - clarifying your desires and freeing your potential - and unblocking resistance so that you allow what you want to flow into your life. I use energy tools, since I see everything as conscious energy, and believe that problems only arise when our energy flow is blocked.
Every session is different, but consultations usually include energy psychology (such as EFT,
Matrix Reimprinting, TAT, Psych-K or Emo-Trance) and/or energy medicine - that is, working with your meridians, chakras or aura along with conscious
shifts of attention. This might involve muscle-testing, tapping or holding points on your body while focussing on an issue. I might also tackle energy blockages by using inner journeys. Or we might use direct tools of reality
creation - such as choosing 'softer' or more liberating thoughts or stories, or resonating with your future self. The aim is to release resistance or raise your vibrations, then stabilise this higher vibration, so that you attract new thoughts, new insights and new realities.
For in-person consultations, I include a dose bottle of flower and gem essences for you to take home. Essences help to release energetic blockages, and harmonise mind, body and soul.
Why you might want a session
My special interest is helping with the psycho-energetic roots of serious dis-ease
(whether physical or emotional) - which is the subject of my forthcoming book, Conscious Medicine.
(I can also assist with emotional distress or stuckness, relationship issues, 'divine discontent', feeling you're not on your true Path, or blockages in making your Dreams come
true - though for now, I give priority to those seeking help with physical
symptoms and disease.)
My core assumptions
- At the surface level of reality, we seem to be isolated individuals - but at a deep level, the whole universe is an interconnected web of energy-consciousness.
- Unconditional love connects us to Source energy. It allows energy to flow. When we are fully connected, we know that we are unlimited beings who can create whatever we want - and we feel wonderful!
- All that stands between us and our wildest dreams is our own resistance.
- According to the universal Law of Attraction, like attracts like. We attract our reality through our thoughts, emotions, desires and choices.
- The Universe waits for us to ask for what we want-often as a result of getting what we don't want first. We then get signals in the form of emotional-intuitive guidance to help us move towards our desires, through thought and action.
- Instead of trying to 'be good' (in the eyes of others), we need to choose to be happy - since this means trusting our inner guidance. As we follow our bliss, we reconnect with Source.
- Freedom comes from realising that nothing 'out there' is responsible for what we experience, or how we feel. Happiness is an inside job. The outer world simply mirrors our inner world.
- Whatever happened in our past, the present moment is our point of power.
- We live in an age of personal and global transformation - so it is a time of rapid growth and change. We are being called to evolve our
consciousness - to become conscious co-creators.
Fees and appointments
Fee: £110 per session (2 hours) for in-person consultation
Please note that in-person appointments are available during school hours and term-time only, and are held in Rydal (near
Ambleside, Cumbria). You will receive an appointment letter, map and directions when you book. The fee includes a 30 ml. dose bottle of essences, if required.
Fee: £60 per hour for Skype consultations (Either a single
session of 90 mins, or a short series of 60 min sessions is recommended.)

To save your time and make the best use of your session, I recommend that are familiar with EFT before having a Skype session. You can

I often use Matrix Reimprinting, which involves doing EFT with your eyes closed,
you need to be thoroughly familiar with the basic EFT process and tapping points.
Do bear in mind that a single session is not going to resolve all your life problems! It will simply help you move in the right direction. Do come with a clear focus in mind, and be willing to go home with further work to do. You are welcome to return for another session, if and when it feels
right, or to book a short series of sessions.

POSTAL ESSENCE CONSULTATIONS
Although
flower
essences have
been used in healing for
thousands of years,
it was only in the
1930s
that they
became
more
widely
known
– thanks to the pioneering work of Dr. Edward Bach, who made
the original 38 Bach Flower Remedies. In
the past 30 years, thousands of powerful new essences have been developed
world-wide.
They
form part of
the emerging
new field of ‘energy medicine’.
In
simple terms, flower essences hold a high-frequency energy pattern
which works rather like a tuning fork. They ‘sound
a note’ which is aligned with Source energy, helping us to resonate with our
higher self.
I've used flower essences since 1990, and began making my own essences in 1995. I am a registered practitioner member of the BFVEA, have a Diploma in Flower and Vibrational Essences, and have developed my own range of Lakeland Essences.
I use mostly the Australian Bush, Californian, Alaskan, Bailey, Indigo, Pacific and Wild Earth ranges, as well as my own Lakeland Essences, using other ranges when appropriate. I usually combine
5 to 7 essences to a bottle, and keep more than 400 essences in stock.
Personal consultations are available by post or email. Send an email/letter (max 2 pages) giving any relevant details about yourself and what you would like essences for - any emotional, psychological or spiritual issues - being as open and honest as you can. Remember to include your name and postal address, plus credit card details or a cheque payable to 'Living Magically'.
You will normally receive a dose bottle of combined essences within 1-2 weeks
