HEALING DIS-EASE All dis-ease-whether physical or emotional-can be seen as arising from a disturbance in the human energy field, which in turn arises from our consciousness. When we chronically hold negative thoughts, or resist our own dreams and desires, it sets up resistance in our energy field. This is indicated by negative emotions such as fear, guilt, frustration, resentment, despair or insecurity-and eventually, by physical symptoms and dis-ease. When we connect with higher emotions-such as hope, joy, trust and unconditional love-we begin to heal. Healing means reconnecting to our wholeness.
