Workshops for spring-summer, 2010For the next few months, I
am focussing on writing my new book, CONSCIOUS MEDICINE. This book is now scheduled for publication in
November 2010. So there are no more workshops until late April. WILD
LOVE IN PRACTICE
– 24-25 April, Ambleside (This is an updated and mostly new
version of the workshops held in 2006-7, since I’ve learnt so much more in
practice since then!)
How can we practise unconditional love in all our relationships—with self,
others and the world? How do we relate to others while knowing that
relationships are mirrors? How can we steer clear of wanting to control or
rescue others, or sacrificing ourselves? How can we stay centred when our wounds
get triggered—and love others through their own wounds or blind spots? What do
we do when we find ourselves over-reacting, withdrawing or ‘going numb’ –
or when someone else does? How do we know when to end a relationship? And what
are the secrets to staying in love? This workshop takes you beyond the book into
the nitty-gritty practice of wild love. It offers lots of practical tools
and surprising ideas which challenge so much of what we have come to believe
about loving relationships of all kinds. (Fee £140. Starts on Saturday at 10am,
and ends Sunday 3pm – with a break on Saturday afternoon for optional walks.) WILD

retreat in the heart of the stunning Lake District? The focus is on getting into
the flow, and reclaiming your true Self. Together we will clarify your deepest
dreams and desires, your visions and future self—and ways of shifting old

ENERGY
MEDICINE FOR PHYSICAL DISEASE – 24-25 July, Ambleside (Due to my writing schedule, this
workshop has been postponed from March.) This will demonstrate some of the
ways of understanding and working with physical illness using energy psychology:
EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, Emo-Trance, Psych-K and so on. My workshop on
Conscious Medicine offers lots of theory, research and case studies about new
paradigm medicine, whereas this workshop will be mostly practical – consisting
mostly of live one-to-one sessions which will hopefully demonstrate the
psychoenergetic origins and maintenance of physical dis-ease, and how energy
psychology can help. I will also discuss some basic principles of working with
physical disease as an energy psychologist, and introduce core ideas about
trauma, dissociation and disease, and the vibrational basis of physical
symptoms. To
book for any workshop, send a deposit of £40 to our office – cheque or
credit card details. Balance is due four weeks before the workshop. (We are
hoping to have on-line booking and an on-line shop available soon.) The
workshops are held in Ambleside, and are non-residential. You will receive an
accommodation list when you book. The
Conscious Medicine workshop will be offered again in the autumn, when the new
book is
